There are not enough over flow parking spots to accommodate all 59 units at SS2.
Residents are required to park first car in their respective garage space and only then park 1 additional vehicle outside in the over flow parking.
Parking along wall or in front of garages is a FIRE HAZARD and forbidden.
No truck parking allowed near gate due to fire department per white lettering.
Suggestion: When expecting many visitors, buy your guests parking at the City of Port Hueneme machines for public parking on the street or in Lot C.
FINES for PARKING OFFENSES
a) 1st offense - written warning b) 2nd offense - $100 fine c) 3rd offense - $200 fine d) 4th offense - towed at owners expense
