Holidays at Surfside II
WE ALL LIVE TOGETHER
Rules and Regulations are necessary in Condo
Associations in order to place
everyone, owners and residents on “the same page.” Since we live
in such close quarters, want to protect our
investments in Surfside II and may have differing views on standards,
the state of California requires both CCRs and Rules & Regs.
Here’s some reminders for this holiday season:
TREES: Each resident is responsible to clear any debris from hauling their tree to or from
their unit.

WREATHS
AND DOOR
DECOR
is permissible by using temporary stickie hooks or over the door hooks. Nails in the door are
not allowed.

LIGHTS: permissible INSIDE your unit’s window.
•
CARDBOARD BOXES must be broken down before trashing. If the Recycle bins are full,
please use the large bin.
