Board Meetings
Surfside II COA Monthly Board of Directors Meetings will be conducted under a modified version of Roberts Rules of Order. Members present are asked to observe the following:

Everyone at the meeting will behave in a decorous and respectable manner.

Member participation is limited to the Homeowner Discussion portion of the agenda unless a Board member requests information pertinent to the topic at hand.

Speakers will have 4 minutes to address the Board during the Homeowners’ Forum. Please stand and provide your name and unit when you speak.

Only one person may speak at a time.

A member who has the floor shall not be interrupted in any way.
-
No one shall interrupt the meeting while the Board is conducting business.
Second TUESDAY of the month at 6:00Pm.

The agenda is emailed to owners and posted on bulletin board in the breezeway.
